On April 9th, 2016, Jason’s Catered Events had the pleasure of witnessing the union of Katherine and Nathan. This particular Saturday started out gloomy and cold. By the time the stunning bride walked down the aisle, the sun peeked out from behind the clouds, shining as bright as a mid-summer day.
We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome!
To kick off this wonderful celebration, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour featuring three of our famous tray-passed Hors D’oeuvres; Bruschetta Di Pompadoro, Kalbi Beef Skewers with Jason’s Sesame Ginger Teriyaki sauce, and our Crispy Coconut Shrimp accompanied by a Mango Dipping Sauce.
For dinner, the loving couple decided on a delicious, buffet-style spread of Mandarin Spinach Salad, Prime Filet Mignon and our popular Chilean Sea Bass accompanied by Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and fresh Vegetables.
Following dinner, guests were taken aback by the amazing dessert display!
The rest of the night was fun and light, with family speeches,
drinking, and dancing the night away!
