Want to have an insider view into what Jason’s Staff thinks are his best recipes? At our Recent Holiday Party, we surveyed our employees, the hardest working folks in the catering biz.

Here are some of their answers:

Ceci, one of our Bridal Concierges, said, ~ CARIBBEAN RUMAKI Hands down.  No wonder it was featured in Orange Coast Magazine.  It is beyond delicious!

Natalia, Office Manager, said, LOVE the California Salad! Actually, I LOVE all the salads.  The chefs make their own dressings, and that makes all of the difference in the world.

Elvia, trusted Server, said, Ahi Tartar. It is so fresh and the quality of the tuna is always A+++.

Jacob, Line Cook, as he was preparing appetizers, said, Scallop Puffs.  Everything is put together from scratch and the Lemon

 

Zest gives the finishing touch. Bam!

Cesar, trusted Server, piped in “Chilean Sea Bass with the Cilantro Lime Butter, that’s how I roll!”

Kristi, Lead Banquet Captain, said “Shrimp Scampi! Hot from the pan right out to the guests.  The smell is always amazing. ”

Adri, Operations Manager, Rack of Lamb and Bastilla.  Period!  The most unique of the bunch. Aahhh… I need it. Can I have some right now, girlfriend?

Sandra, Consultant said, Chilean Sea Bass.  I eat every single bite!

Natalie, Professional Wedding Mom, said, I would weigh a lot less if I didn’t eat the best Garlic Mashed Potatoes every time I have the chance.
